American Thanksgiving is one week away. The normal Thanksgiving meal is one among my favourite combos of meals. My mouth is watering simply occupied with turkey, potatoes, squash, stuffing and cranberry sauce from a can (I really like the “shlop” sound the cranberry sauce makes because it pops out of the can).
And there is science to what makes the entire meals related to Thanksgiving scrumptious. The Reactions YouTube channel, produced by The American Chemical Society, has a number of good video classes that tackle the science of a standard American Thanksgiving meal.
