BC Alliance Looking for New Tenants/Workplace Mates — BC Alliance for Arts + Tradition

The BC Alliance for Arts + Tradition is on the lookout for new workplace mates at 100-938 Howe St, Vancouver. We’re in search of an arts-based group to be our new tenant.

The house accessible is on the mezzanine stage and comprises 5 workstations with desks and one personal workplace, solely on your use. The house comfortably accommodates 5 full-time workers, or extra on a part-time/contract foundation. The mezzanine is just accessible by stairs, so sadly the workspace just isn’t wheelchair accessible.

The workspace hire is $1,500/month + GST ($18,000 yearly). The hire additionally contains entry to all shared facilities: the usage of a board room (seats 35 individuals); the usage of a smaller assembly room (holds six to eight individuals); a shared storage room; washrooms; and a kitchen with microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, tea kettle and different small shared objects.

You’ll need to arrange your personal wifi and cellphone system. You could possibly be a part of our community– please tell us in case you’re curious about that risk while you inquire.

Workers shall be supplied with keys and alarm system codes to return and go on their very own schedule. Our house can be shared with part-time workers from CARFAC BC and the Pacific Authorized Training and Outreach Society, and is a superb hub for exchanging concepts with arts colleagues.

See photographs of the house under. For extra info or to rearrange to see the house in particular person, please contact rainbow@allianceforarts.com or information@allianceforarts.com.
